Piling Works Completed For Silk Towers

`
`

The piling works — the first major phase in the development of Silk Towers on Old Batumi’s coastline- have been successfully completed. A total of 251 circular piles and 108 barrettes were installed to establish the project’s foundation.

Silk Development partnered with ZETAŞ, one of the leading names in geotechnical engineering, bringing international experience to this technically demanding phase. It is worth mentioning that before the main works began, test piles were installed to verify the reliability of the final engineering solution and ensure a result worthy of the scale and vision of Silk Towers.

The highest standards of safety and environmental protection were maintained throughout the whole process. The works were completed on schedule, fully in line with the project timeline.

Silk Towers was designed in collaboration with legendary Japanese architect Kengo Kuma. The same precision and accountability will guide every step as this vision is brought to life. Soon, the one and only multifunctional complex will rise in the Black Sea coast’s most sought-after location, featuring investment apartments, a private yacht club, the region’s largest casino, hotels, restaurants and bars, fitness centres, and other world-class amenities.
