Opened in 2009, Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel marked the debut of the Radisson Blu brand in Georgia, setting a new benchmark for modern hospitality in Tbilisi.
Launched in 2011, Radisson Blu Hotel Batumi expanded the brand’s presence to the Black Sea coast, enhancing Batumi’s position as a leading tourism destination.
Located in the heart of Tbilisi, on First Republic Square, “Republic” is a state-of-the-art multifunctional building and an elegant addition to the historical center of the city. The four-level building hosts three different venues, including Republic Event Hall, occupying the two middle floors, and upscale restaurants: Georgian modern Dinery “Republic 24” and “Republic Restaurant” with a rooftop terrace.
Tsinandali Estate was transformed into a landmark cultural and hospitality destination, restoring the historic 19th-century Chavchavadze estate. The project integrated a luxury hotel, winery, and cultural spaces, re-establishing Tsinandali as a leading hub for wine tourism, arts, and heritage in Georgia.
The Telegraph Hotel opened in the historic former Post and Telegraph building on Rustaveli Avenue, transforming a major architectural landmark into a contemporary luxury hotel. The property became the first in the region to join The Leading Hotels of the World and receive two Michelin Keys, and in 2026 it was named among the World’s Most Beautiful Hotels by Prix Versailles, an award established in partnership with UNESCO.
In 2025, Silk Road Group completed a USD 400 million international bond issuance, the largest private corporate bond offering in Georgia’s history. The transaction was led by JPMorgan Chase and UBS, attracting strong international investor demand and reinforcing confidence in the group and Georgia’s economy.
Scheduled for completion in 2029, Tower 1 represents the next chapter in Silk Development’s vision for Batumi. Designed as a landmark destination on the Black Sea coast, the project brings together contemporary architecture, premium residences, and a new standard of urban living in Georgia.
